I am looking for a permanent Chef (>40m) or Sous Chef/Crew Chef (<40m) position with my Stewardess partner. I have spent the past ten years at sea and am looking to continue the development of my professional culinary career. I developed my cooking skills to professional standards over three years whilst cooking for the owners of a 36m motor yacht. My fresh, creative cooking style is Mediterranean, based on my Italian heritage and extensive Spanish and Mexican work and travel experience.
