What is a Yacht Crew Agency and how do they help me find a job?

In a nut shell, yacht crew agencies assist captains/owners in finding the ideal crew member to fill a vacancy on their boat.  Most yacht crew agencies will not require the crew to pay to be registered with them but will invoice the captain/owner if the crew member is offered and accepts the position.

As a bare minimum you will be required to have an up to date CV/resume which includes a head and shoulders passport sized photograph of yourself.  Please consult the individual crew agencies for their specific requirements.
